Intel ready to launch the new 320 Series SSDs on March 28th. It make use an Intel controller, has a 2.5-inch form factor and available in 40GB, 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 300GB and 600GB capacities. The device will comes features with 25nm MLC (multi-level cell) NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a random 4kB read/write performance of up to 39,500/23,000 IOPS and 1.2 million hours MTBF (Mean time between failures). The 40 GB of 320 Series SSDs priced at $109, while the 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 300GB and 600GB models are priced at $189, $239, $329, $569 and $1,119, respectively.
